About

Advice that stays for the delivery.

VerveLink exists because of a pattern that kept repeating: a strategy deck from one firm, a delivery team from another, and a system that satisfied neither. The real cost was never the invoice. It was the months spent reconciling two versions of the same plan, and the discovery phase the client paid for twice.

So both services sit inside one conversation here. A platform only gets recommended if VerveLink is prepared to implement it and be held to the estimate. When software gets built, there is a business reason it takes this shape rather than a more fashionable one, and that reason is written down.

Engagements are scoped to stay accountable: a written problem statement, a costed recommendation, and phases you can stop between. Nothing asks you to commit before the costs are clear.

Who VerveLink works with

Regulated, operational, and commercially serious

The work spans sectors where software carries real operational weight. The industry matters less than having a sponsor who wants a durable outcome and the authority to approve it.

  • Financial services and insurance
  • Healthcare and life sciences
  • Logistics and supply chain
  • Professional services
  • Manufacturing and industrials
  • Software and technology

A good fit looks like

  • A named sponsor who can make the decision
  • A problem that costs real money to leave alone
  • Willingness to hear an inconvenient recommendation

A poor fit looks like

  • Filling seats on a fixed hourly rate card
  • A decision that has already been made politically
  • The lowest bid in a race to the bottom

Principles

Four things that do not change

Plain language

Every recommendation is written so a non-technical sponsor can repeat it accurately in a meeting VerveLink does not attend. A tradeoff that cannot be explained simply does not get recommended.

Commercial honesty

Fixed fees, scope in writing, and a clear answer when the cheaper option is the better one. Losing a project is preferable to selling one that should not happen.

Continuity

Advice and delivery come from the same source, so nothing is lost translating a plan between firms, and you never pay for discovery twice.

Built to hand over

Success is measured by whether your people can run the system unaided. Documentation and training are part of the fee, not an upsell at the end.
